Free Sample Policy & Ordering Guide

At Brilliant Metals, we understand the importance of evaluating material quality, weave patterns, open areas, and tactile texture before committing to large-scale architectural projects. We offer a straightforward sample service to support your design, planning, and procurement process.

1. Free Standard Samples

We offer complimentary samples for evaluation under the following terms:

• Specifications: Standard metal mesh samples without custom color or surface finishes (e.g., mill-finish stainless steel).
• Dimensions: Standard size of 11 x 17 cm (approx. A5 size, ideal for architectural material boards).
• Sample Cost: FREE (1 piece).
• Freight Charge: The customer is responsible for express shipping costs (via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT). You may provide your own courier account or pay the shipping fee directly to us.

2. Custom Color & Finished Samples

For clients requiring specialized aesthetic or performance coatings:

• Specifications: Samples with custom surface treatments, including PVD Titanium Coating (Gold, Rose Gold, Black, Antique Bronze), Anodizing, Powder Coating, or PVDF Fluorocarbon Paint.
• Sample Fee: USD $15.00 per piece.
• Freight Charge: Express shipping fees are covered by the customer.

3. Sample & Freight Refund Policy (Formal Orders)

We are happy to credit sample expenses back to you once a formal production order is placed:

For Single Sample Requests:

Upon placing a formal commercial order, the cost of 1 paid sample ($15) PLUS its associated express shipping fee will be 100% credited against your final invoice.

For Multiple Sample Requests:

The refund or deduction of multiple paid samples and shipping costs will be applied partially or in full, depending on the total volume and value of your formal project order.

4. How to Request a Sample

To help us process your request quickly, please provide the following details when contacting our team:

1. Architectural Application: (e.g., Exterior Facade, Interior Space Divider, Ceiling)
2. Product Code / Mesh Pattern: (or send us your CAD drawings)
3. Finish / Color Requirements: (Natural Finish vs. Custom PVD/Anodized Color)
4. Delivery Address & Courier Account: (for shipping cost calculation)
